I have two pagewide pro mfp 477 dw printers that are not reading ink carts with org HP or off brands
I get triangles on all colors when I touch any color I do not get a cart description.
I'm not getting any errors on display or on pc driver

Try this, remove all cartridges and then turn the printer off. Remove the power cord, and then hold the power button in for 10 seconds, this will drain any residual charge from the power supply. Release the button, plug in the cord and then start the printer. Once it comes to ready and prompts for cartridges, install the OEM colors one at a time to see if they are recognized.

Hi
Both printers power on when I plug into power. I don't have to push the power button and they continue to load the touch screen with no errors at all, even with ink carts not installed. when I check ink stats there is no ink info and the printer does not say there is no ink cart installed there is an orange or red triangle at the top of each color indicator.
I loaded my laptop with the driver to see if there are any errors telling me to install or replace ink carts but there is none.
I'm thinking to try an update the firmware
Thanks for trying to help solve this problem with these two printers
Any other thoughts or things to try??
Thanks Again
Joe
