Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Paper has ink spots and a thick yellow line only when I copy. If I print it seems fine.  when I pull out the color cartridges I can see the main black film is full of color spots and a think yellow but I can only reach in to wipe it so far.  How do I clean the whole thing?  have have 80% of color in my cartridges.
