part number pc5 7964 fell off, it is not broken, I can't find any illustrations showing how to put it back on.  Anybody got an idea?   Thank you

I think i got it back in its place by the cartridge.  Do you have any thoughts why my hp mfp 232dw connects to the internet and after a few seconds drops the connection.  Doing this wirelessly.
