Hi @Lum0409

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

If your HP printer is not printing the entire picture when using the Microsoft Photo application, the issue typically involves settings related to print layout or page size. Here's how you can address this:

Why Your Full Picture Might Not Be Printing

  • Auto-Crop or Fit-to-Page Settings: The Photos app may automatically crop or resize images to fit the selected paper size, cutting off edges.
  • Incorrect Paper Size or Orientation: If the image is landscape but the paper is set to portrait (or vice versa), it may not print fully.
  • Driver Compatibility Issues: Some printer drivers don’t communicate well with the Photos app, causing partial prints or blank areas.
  • App Glitch or Corruption: The Photos app may fail to load the full image for printing due to internal errors.

Recommended Fixes

Try Printing from Another App

  • Open the image in Paint, Photoshop, or Windows Photo Viewer (if restored).
  • These apps often handle scaling and margins more reliably.

Check Print Settings in Photos App

  • Before printing, click More settings.
  • Set Fit, Fill, or Actual size depending on your preference.
  • Confirm paper size and orientation match your image.

Reset the Photos App

  • Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Microsoft Photos.
  • Click Advanced options > Reset.
  • This clears any corrupted settings that may affect printing.

Update or Reinstall Printer Driver

  • Visit HP’s support site for your printer model.
  • Download and install the latest driver for Windows 11.

Use HP Smart App for Printing

  • Open the image in the HP Smart app.
  • It offers better control over layout, scaling, and print quality.

Let me know which printer model you're using and whether the issue happens with all images or just specific ones — I’ll tailor the fix further.

You're clearly detail-oriented, and we’ll get this printing perfectly.
