@dave20252, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It looks like your HP 5532 printer is having trouble feeding and printing properly on 13x18 cm HP Advanced Glossy paper. Since it works fine with A4 and 15x10 cm photo paper, the issue seems specific to this paper size or type. Here are some troubleshooting steps to resolve this:
Check Paper Compatibility
Ensure that your printer supports 13x18 cm glossy photo paper. Some printers do not handle all sizes well, even if they print on other glossy papers.
Clean the Paper Rollers
Streaks on the underside of the paper suggest that the rollers might not be gripping and feeding the paper correctly.
Open the printer and use a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with distilled water to clean the paper rollers.
Adjust Paper Settings
When printing, go to Printer Properties in the print dialog.
Set the Paper Type to HP Advanced Photo Paper or the closest match.
Ensure the Paper Size is set to 13x18 cm.
Try Manual Paper Feeding
If the paper isn’t feeding properly, try feeding one sheet at a time instead of a stack.
Ensure the paper is loaded correctly and aligned within the guides.
Check Ink Levels & Printhead
If streaks persist, print a Print Quality Report from the printer’s control panel.
If needed, run a Printhead Cleaning cycle from the printer settings.
Firmware & Driver Update
Visit HP website to check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
