Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello is a 3° time that I buy a printer ink cartridges and after not used for about 1 month (or less), it stops working.

Now I have black with 1/3 of ink left but it does not print! It is not possible to throw away cartridges still with ink, really a waste! is there a solution?
