Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am currently working on hp laserjet 700 mfp m775 . The output shows unwanted mixed colors and bands .I changed the ITB ,Toner cartridges and updated the firmware to that effect but still problem persist. Since I initially suspected the DC controller I also disconnected all cables on DC Controller and reseated them back ,still no luck. Anyone here to assist please, though am considering replacing both ITB and DC controller.
