Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the above printer. The print quality is poor - sheets are printing with a yellow tint. Tried different toner and different paper, also tried the cleaning mode. I just purchased an after-warranty care pack that I was offered on hpconnected.com but the service start date says 03-06-22, however I need service now. I also was not aware that the coverage would not take effect immediately, otherwise I would not have purchased the care pack. Thank you!
