Product: HP ENVY Photo 7858 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This unit is about 1 year old.  it is skipping or printing partial lines after using both functions on the printer cleaning tool in the HP software.  Appreciate any suggestions.  BrianHP printer.jpg
