I have hp 8702 I had to change my cartridges which i take out 952 replaced it with 952, it is telling me that the cartridges are older then the generation cartridges how can that be when I removed 952 and replace it with 952

I understand you are not able to use the new ink cartridges due to this error. To assist you better,

• What is the exact error message and where do you see this error?
• Are you sure this is an HP genuine ink cartridge?
• Validate this by clicking here - HP Anti-Counterfeit and Fraud (ACF) Program

If this is a genuine HP ink cartridge, I would need some information related to the ink cartridges and the printer which cannot be shared on a public post for security reasons.
