print colors

When I print a test page or other documents, i cannot print colors of green, blue, etc. Colors are a pinkish red, yellow and red.  I have only used epson print cartridges directly from Epson. I have ckeaned the print heads a number of times, even using alcohol on a bouny sheet below the printer heads. Not sure what to do. This makes me want to go back to an Epson. Frustrated.

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, either the cartridges are faulty or the printer needs to be checked.
