I am having trouble printing in color.   My HP envy prints from my computer but it doesn't print in color.   ONly on my PC. When I'm on my phone it prints in color. I have about 200 certificates I need to print in color and I've checked the settings etc. It's set to color print.

It is possible that when the driver was installed it did not detect that the printer was color capable. If you have a Windows PC then you need to go to control panel>devices and printers and right click on the icon for your printer and select "printer properties" from the drop down menu. Then click on the device settings tab and scroll through the options till you find device type. Click on device type and you will get a dropdown menu option of color, monochrome or auto. Change to color.
