The use of non-HP chip cartridges is not supported.

Read the provided Information in the Dynamic Security document and in the Firmware Update Description.

No, there is no way to "go back" to the day when you were getting away with the non-HP cartridge.

I am not "trying to get away with anything. I was in your program a year. I am 75  years old and have spent the last hour resetting my printer and although I have HP cartridges in it, I can't print out the tax return I need tonite. Please get your paws off of my printer and let me print my docs and don't send me any more cartridges!
