Possibly / Likely.
160 gsm is slightly lower than the lowest spec for "Card" paper (163 gsm).
Set your Paper Size / type in both Printer (EWS / Printer control panel) and in the job setup / configuration.
Try media type "Brochure", "Professional", "Card", "Thick" or similar as available.
