Product: HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer

I do not have any error, but the printer 4650 is not printing in color and I installed a new ink

Did you make a copy and check if that prints fine?

Which operating system is installed on the computer to which this printer is connected?

Which application are you using to print?

I printed a color copy OK, and also docs from the cell phone in color. I am running Windows 11 10.0.22000 Build 22000 in an HP Pavillion Gaming Laptop 16-a0xxx.

I started to follow the steps of an old thread, deleted two HP Office jet related programs and followed the link http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL61232/mp-147818-1/OJ4650_Basicx64_1122.exe

But it was updated and I don't know what to do now. Can you help, please?
