I inserted new red cartridge like I've done for 20 yrs and get "printer error" and red ink level shows empty. Actually it doesn't show any ink level just (see photo below??)
Then printer screen shows "There is a problem with the printer or ink system.".
I unplugged and shut down printer multiple times, rebooted router all to no avail. Then end up with:
Contacting a live person at HP is very challenging.
