HP 252dw

I have an HP M252dw and am having problems with the magenta toner. I've ran the cleaning option a couple times already with no results. I've tried cleaning the roller of that toner cartridge. I've replaced the magenta with a brand new one and the print quality is the same. What else can I do shirt of buying a new printer?! This one is only 1 1/2 years old and I don't do a lot of color printing in my office.

Hello

I think that you dont have problem with magenta but with some other color as printer will mix colors. Print 100% coverage for all colors and you will see which cartridge is bad, after that, just replace that cartidge as your Docor blade is fail.

@srdjank is likely on the right track, rather than have to create solid pages in a program if you check the control panel menus on the printer you should find an option under print quality to print quality tests. This will generate a series of pages that test all the cartridges.
