officejet7610
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have an officejet7610 printer that does not print in black. I tried to align the print heads. The printer screen shows incorrect alignment but my computer screen shows correct alignment. I cleaned the print cartridges several times without success.

I've reset the printer by disconnecting the power and restarting the printer. When I use the  'snip' icon, I can print the text but it prints in faint black.

@Rocco7, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand the printer is not printing in black. Check the ink levels and replace any low/empty ink cartridges.

Perform the steps mentioned in this document - Printer Prints a Blank Page or Does Not Print Black or Color Ink for the HP Officejet 7610 Wide Form...

If the issue persists, the ink cartridge needs to be replaced.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
