I filled out all my ink tanks today on my HP Smart Tank 615 with Original HP inks, but when I tried printing in color, the printer didn't recognize that I put colors in, even though it clearly shows that the ink tanks are full (visually and in the app). The problem is specifically in the cyan and yellow that are not printing. I did every test suggested on the HP website, and still, it was of no use. Any help will be welcomed!
(I don't know if it is relevant, but the printer is connected to macOS Sonoma v. 14.6.1)

Hello @shachardv
Thanks for the tests.
You would have to change the print head, or request technical support to try the solution.
Regards
