Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Office jet Pro wide format All-in One Printer. A message came up on the screen-not designed to use continuous ink systems" but I'M only using original HP ink cartridge. I replaced the indicated cartridge with a new one and the same message came up. The printer stopped printing.How can I have this rectified?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's try to reset the Printer here:

 

Reset the product

  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
  • Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.

 

Also, try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/br-pt/drivers/selfservice/hp-officejet-pro-7740-wide-format-all-in-one-printe...

I tried the remedies but they did not work. What else can I try?

I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this as this could be a hardware issue.
