HP Photosmart C7280 All-in-One Printer

I'm having issues with the quality of my printer. It won't align and keeps failing whenever I try. Also, when it prints nothing is clear and it's not readable. I've tried to clean the printhead several times on my printer, and it gets slight better, but still overall very bad. Wondering if there's anything else that can be done? I haven't tried to clean printhead manually. Attached some examples of the print job it's currently doing.

@jjs7, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand the print quality is not good. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues

Use HP inks.

If the issue persists, you may use alternate ink cartridges and check if it helps. If not, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer.

As the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
