Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer has been working flawlessly for 6 months.  Last week faint vertical streaks are being printed. this is not a scanner problem, the documents the streaks are on are files generated on the laptop, emails from others, and downloaded from web sites.  when sent to and other printer the stripes are not there...

Are the stripes a distinct color or a mix of all colors? A single color would indicate a problem with the cartridge that corresponds to that color. Muddy colored streaks are usually an issue with either the transfer belt or the secondary transfer roller which is mounted in the back door. Can you post a sample?  what are the supplies status?
