I have an inkjet printer HPC410. I replaced the Cyan ink cartridge and then a message appeared on my screen saying "There is a problem with the printer o rink system. Turn printer off, then on. I problem persists, contact HP.
I have turned off, unplugged, taken the ink out, put it back in, etc. The above message continues to appear. Please help!

If the printhead has ink dried then try cleaning with steps from the next video:
