Product: hp tank wireless 450

hey so i use a hp tank 450 wireless i used it to print documents and text books  , but last week it started printing only pink for colour and black  nothing else but the day before it was all fine

 the store employees said it myt be a nozzle block or  no ink but the inks full I filled it a month ago

pls give me a few suggestions and lemme know how to clean the nozzle if its blocked
