Printer has stopped doing anything in colour - except for Yellow.  Ink levels are all good in both the black and colour cartridge.  2 weeks ago, it all worked just fine.  HP DeskJet Plus 4130

Hello Support,

I have re-run the Head Cleaning, Diagnostic and Alignment tools several times[at least 4 times]  - but still I only get Yellow colour prints when I chose colour.  The printer and cartridges are brand new - so this is incredibly annoying.  

What else can I do?

I see that you are facing print quality issues with your HP DeskJet Plus 4130 All-In-One Printer.

 

This issue may occur if the nozzles of the cartridges are clogged.

 

Please follow the steps listed below to clean the cartridges.

 

1. Load plain white paper in the tray.

2.  Open the HP Smart app, and then click the picture of your printer to open the settings and management tools.

3. In Print Quality Tools or in Advanced Settings > Tools > Utilities > Print Quality Toolbox, select Clean Printhead to start the cleaning tool.

4. Review the Print Quality Diagnostic page that prints for defects and any instructions to resolve the issue. Run up to two more cleaning cycles, if necessary.

This could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair.
