My HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-one printer suddenly stopped printing pages out correctly. Anytime I try to print something the printer runs the paper through, but it just comes out blank. I have tried everything from reinstalling the printer, new cartridges, cleaning cartridges, and troubleshooting. Please tell me the issue and what I can do to fix the problem. This printer is just over a year old, so I do not want to waste my money on another printer that is just going to end up breaking; it's embarrassing, especially for how much money I paid for it.

Hi @susanne23,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help you!
I understand that you are facing issues with print quality.
Update firmware. Click here
Let's perform a power drain:
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Remove USB cable, if present.
- Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.
- Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord (This is important) and then plug back the power cord to the printer.
- Turn on the printer and wait till the warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle.
If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, either the cartridges are faulty or the printer needs to be checked.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
