Product: pavilion laptop 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A few days after fitting a new set of ink cartridges, the black cartridge stopped printing. Riunning a print diagnostic produces a blank area for the black ink but to surrounding description does print in black. No problem with other colours, What should I do?
