Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

My Magenta ink stopped printing.   I cleaned and reinstalled a new ink cartridge.  still not printing in magenta only?  Did a print diagnostic and Magenta appears in a gray or sometimes white.  Help please.

I understand that you are facing issues with the printer not printing magenta.

 

Update firmware. This will sometimes fix the issue. Click here

 

If you have tried all the steps mentioned in this HP document And if the issue persists, this could be a hardware issue.

 

 I request you to talk to HP support. They might have multiple options to help you with this.
