Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

printer shows Incompatible Cartridge issue for black instant ink catridge. The catride is a HP Instant Ink 61/301 and should working. The newest availaible printer firmware is installed.

How can I solve the issue?

Hi,

I tried the suggested steps but it didn't solve the problem..After cleaning the printer cartridge contacts and a restart it loocked as if that the issue was solved but few seconds later the printer shows the „incompatible cartridge“ message for the black cartridge again.

 

Have you any other suggestions to solve the problem?

I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team to ship you out a new black instant  ink cartridge.
