HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One Printer - N911g

replaced twice with new magenta cartridges and still message is "cartridge problem. One or more cartridges appear to be damaged. Magenta. Remove them and replace with new cartridges." I've tried unplugging both from unit and wall with no solve. Also tried clean boot of laptop. Same message.

Sorry Sandy, I already tried ALL of the solutions - NONE worked. I ordered new cartridges TWICE from HP and same result.
