Hi @john3572,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're experiencing issues with your HP DeskJet 3755 all-in-one printer and have already tried reinstalling the drivers without success, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can take before deciding whether to repair or replace it.

  • Check for Paper Jams: Make sure there are no paper jams in the printer. Even a small piece of paper stuck in the rollers can cause printing issues.
  • Check Ink Levels: Ensure that the ink cartridges have sufficient ink. Low ink levels can affect print quality.
  • Clean the Print Head: Print heads can become clogged, affecting the printing process. Most printers have a utility for cleaning the print heads. Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on how to do this.
  • Update Firmware: Check if there's a firmware update available for your printer on the HP website. Sometimes updating the firmware can resolve compatibility issues.
  • Reset the Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for a few minutes. Then, plug it back in and turn it on. This can sometimes resolve temporary issues.
  • Check for Software Conflicts: Ensure that there are no conflicts with other printer-related software or applications on your computer. Temporarily disable any antivirus or firewall software and see if that makes a difference.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
