I barely use this thing I have gone though 1 1/2 cartridges trying to get a decent print, all my paper and ink have gone printing test and cleaning pages. last time it was doing this you sent me new cartridges and it worked for a week or two witch is only a print or two then it started doing it again ,now the ink is almost gone trying to get it to print a decent page ,running the cleaning process , [Content Removed]

I understand you are facing a print quality issue.
If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
