printer works but the ink is not coming out on paper but ink fully in black and low in color but i did all test paper works keep saying error and when prints no ink on paper

Check Ink Cartridges

- If the color cartridge is low, it may still affect black printing depending on the print mode.
Run Printhead Cleaning
Sometimes dried ink can block the nozzles. Use the printer software or control panel to clean the printhead:
- On the printer control panel, press the Information button (i) and Resume button together to print a Printer Information Page.
- Use the HP Smart App or HP Printer Assistant on your PC to run a printhead cleaning.
Print a Diagnostic Page
This helps identify if the issue is with the black or color cartridge:
- Use the HP Smart App or printer software to print a Print Quality Diagnostic Page.
- Check for missing lines or faded areas.
Update Printer Firmware
