Hi @Riyaz62,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand you are experiencing a “Printhead Supply System Problem” on your HP OfficeJet Pro 8715.

Please try the following HP-supported steps:

Turn on the printer and open the ink cartridge access door.

Wait until the carriage stops moving.

Remove all ink cartridges.

Check the cartridges and cartridge slots for any visible damage, ink buildup, or obstruction.

Reinstall each cartridge firmly into its correct slot.

Close the cartridge access door and check if the error clears.

If the issue remains, perform a power reset:

Turn off the printer.

Disconnect the power cord from the printer and wall outlet.

Wait about 60 seconds.

Reconnect the power cord directly to a wall outlet and turn the printer on.

If the printhead supply system problem continues, please let me know the exact message shown on the printer display and whether the error appeared after replacing any ink cartridges.

Best regards,
Kuroi_Kenshi
