Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The OfficeJet Pro 6978 printed the first page, then a second page which was a fragment, and blank pages thereafter.
I tried printing in grayscale and color, to no avail
The ink supply indicates some low, but no empty or warnings.
I disconnected the power supply and re-powered.
I ran the HP Troubleshooter App, which found no faults, after which I printed a test page which printed, but very faintly.
I have no more black ink cartridges, having not received any from HP in a good while.
How should I proceed to determine if there is a solution?
Thanks in advance
