Hi @jazzyjboolin,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Printing blank pages can be frustrating, especially when you've checked that the ink is full and new. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

Check Ink Cartridges: Even if the ink is new, make sure the cartridges are properly installed and securely seated in their slots. Sometimes cartridges can become loose during transportation or installation.

Run Printer Maintenance: Most printers have a maintenance or cleaning function in their settings. Run a cleaning cycle to ensure that any clogged nozzles or dried ink are cleared.

Print a Test Page: Many printers have a built-in test page function. Printing a test page can help determine if the issue is with the printer itself or with the document you're trying to print.

Check Print Settings: Ensure that the print settings are correct. Sometimes, accidentally selecting "Print Blank Pages" or a similar option can result in blank output.

Inspect Printer Nozzles: Some printers allow you to manually inspect the print head and nozzles. Check to see if there are any visible clogs or obstructions.

Update Printer Drivers: Make sure you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer. Outdated drivers can sometimes cause printing issues.

Try Different Paper: Occasionally, using incompatible or low-quality paper can result in printing problems. Try using a different type or brand of paper to see if that resolves the issue.

Restart Printer and Computer: Sometimes, simply restarting both your printer and your computer can resolve connectivity issues or glitches.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
