printing in gold when black and white selected

i have tried everything to fix this. I can't update the firmware, clean the printer heads, or print out any diagnostic pages. help.

I understand you are facing a print quality issue.

If you have already performed the steps from the document No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
