i have just bought the printer and all connected and printing fine but with a few issues.
i can't get anything to print in colour when selecting A3 paper tray. when i select A4 it prints fine.
but the main issue is that i need to print pdf construction drawings in A3 and when doing so they print blurry. i have tried going through all of the settings but it doesn't seem to change the printing result. i print the exact same drawing in A4 and it it clear and fine.
Any help would be much appreciated, thanks

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
To assist better:
- May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
You may also refer to this document with steps to fix the " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable to your printer - Print Quality Issues
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
