i am getting vertical lines through the page. I clean the page several time and also change the Ink toner but still the same problem. Do i need new printer? it is 7 years old.

Remove all the cartridges and look at the mylar belt underneath. If it has lines on it then it is possible that waste toner has built up and is being pushed back onto the belt or the belt has simply failed. You can likely find a belt on Ebay if you want to undertake the change yourself. There is some disassembly required, you can find videos on YouTube showing the steps required.
