Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro M255dw
Operating System: macOS 15.0 Sequoia

Printing is very light and faded and colors are not correct. I ran all of the diagnostics, cleaned the print heads, etc. The diagnostics page has some numbers other than 0. Is this a problem?

Dirty mirrors and optics in the laser unit. Needs repair, laser removed and cleaned.
