Product: HP Smart Tank 515
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Problem: Filled Tanks, no ink printing for color Cyan and Yellow
Model: HP Smart Tank 515
Please help. I need to print with all the colors but when I go to printing quality on the printer setting, when I do the print head cleaning, filled tanks keep on appearing on the screen. I searched for this error and  other searches on the net but I cannot see any suggestion pertaining exactly to filled tanks problems.
