My red ink color  is not printing. It says my cartridge levels are good. Please help.

@hisheltie, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand the printer is not printing in Magenta. Make sure you are using HP inks.

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

Clean the printhead up to 2 times, and print a test page to check the result.

 

If the issue persists, you may have to use an alternate/new ink cartridge to conclude if it is a defective ink cartridge or an issue with the printhead.
