All cartridges are very low. I getting a "scheduled maintenance" notification. does not respond to "OK" or "skip". If i replace the cartridges do you think that will solve it.

The maintenance requires ink and since the ink levels are low on your printer it gives you an error. Yes, replacing ink will resolve the error.
