The printer puts some sort of tan colored chunks of residue on the paper.  It is not consistently in the same place on the paper when it happens.  It happens maybe every 20 pages or so.  It can happen on the first page of the day or middle of a 100 sheet document.  The residue easily can be scraped off, but leaves a small oil like mark on the paper.

 

I have running the cleaning feature on board of the printer.  I have manually cleaned the unit.  I have only used genuine hp toner throughout the life of the unit.

 

Wondering what needs to be replaced or cleaned for better print quality.

I have three of these printers.  Two of the three have this issue after two years of use.
