Printer Properly Working  But priter not print any text and images

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.  

  

Check Printer Status and Connections:

  • Ensure your printer is turned on and properly connected to your computer.
  • Check for any error messages or blinking lights on the printer control panel.

Restart Printer and Computer:

  • Turn off your printer and computer.
  • Disconnect the printer from the power source and wait for at least 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the printer to the power source and turn it back on.
  • Restart your computer.

Install/Reinstall Printer Drivers:

  • Ensure you have the latest printer drivers installed. You can download the drivers from the HP Support website.
  • Uninstall existing drivers:
    1. Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
    2. Find your HP Deskjet printer in the list, select it, and then click Uninstall.
  • Reinstall the latest drivers you downloaded from the HP website.

Check Printer Settings and Preferences:

  • Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  • Right-click on your HP Deskjet printer and select Printing Preferences.
  • Ensure that the correct paper size, type, and quality settings are chosen.
