Hello,

I have a INK tank 315 printer, from 1 year, still under garantee. Yesteerday, this yellow Ink does not print at all. I thought it was empty, but no, it is in the middle of the tank.

I tried to see a test page, but the yellow Ink is absent completely.

I tried to use HP  smart on PC, but it told me that with this kind of printer, the is no ability to do the auto cleaning of the printing head!!

Is it any other possibilitie to do the auto cleaning process? what have I to do?
