Product: HP office jet

I just bought a cricut and I’m trying to make stickers but my printer quality is badd! It comes out with black lines and I’ve seen YouTube videos of people that have the same printer as me and their printer quality seems great. Any ideas/suggestions?? Am I going to have to buy a new one?
