Product: HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 4675 All-in-One Printer
I own an HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 4675, purchased many years ago in the UAE. It used to work with the HP 652 cartridges. Now, I have moved to India and cannot find the same cartridge here, hence I purchased the regional replacement for it, i.e. the HP 680 cartridge. For the life of me, I have not been able to get to work as I get the "Incompatible cartridge" message. I have tried hard reset, region reset, cleaning the cartridges, firmware update/reset and resetting the printer to factory settings to no avail.
Kindly help me find and solve the issue ASAP. I don't except such service from HP, after hearing such good things about their printers.
