I'm getting the repeating error message: "Ink Cartridge Problem, Remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge, making sure it's correctly installed..." I've test both cartridges, it's the color cartridge that is having the problem. My firmware is up to date and I've cleaned the cartridge, still not working. I've done research on HP website... there doesn't seem to be a way to just request a new cartridge even though I've been an Instant Ink customer for years and hardly use any ink. I've seen others post on here with this same issue and they were told to look out for a private message. So I would like to request that please. I need a new color ink cartridge sent to me please. Thanks
