My desktop hard drive died and now I'm receiving the printer message of "Install Black Cartridge" even though I've installed a new HP toner cartridge for the LaserJEt Pro MFP M127fw. I've tried all suggestions from HP tools for troubleshooting, the Virtual Assistant tool at least 6 times. My printer is now connected to my laptop. I also purchased a Care Pack but still can't seem to get to a live body to resolve this issues. Does any have any suggestions...i am totally frustrated at the number of hours used to try to resolve what should be a routine fix.

I see that you are not able to print due to this error. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.
Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - 'Install Black Cartridge' Displays
If the error persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the replacement options for the ink toner.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.

This did not resolve my issue. the support link that you provided to open a case was for business cases. My case is for home use and the support links only point back to the standard HP diagnostic/troubleshooting methods which i've tried several time with no success...this would include the Virtual Assistant. I need to know the link for Home Users, to open a Case to speak to a live person via the Care Pack that I purchased. can you provide that link?
